American Nurses Independent Living is not an assisted living facility, nursing facility, medical care facility, or personal care provider.
Residents must be able to:
Manage their own medications
Attend their own medical appointments
Prepare or arrange their own meals
Maintain personal hygiene independently
Secure and manage their own transportation
We do not provide hand-on care, transportation management, supervision, or daily living assistance.
Community Expectations
Residents agree to maintain a respectful living environment, including but not limited to:
Observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Smoking only in designated outdoor areas
No overnight visitors
Respecting shared spaces and community guidelines
Month-to-Month Living
Residency is offered on a flexible month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed.
A minimum 30-day notice is required for move-out.
